The Power Breakfast has light and healthy options and a variety of original Power Juices alongside all-time breakfast classics. American breakfast buffet is available from 06:30 to 10:30 and a la carte breakfast from 06:30 to 11:00

The International Lunch Buffet features a generous international array of appetisers including salad and sushi, soup, a selection of local and western main courses, and desserts.
Available from Monday to Friday except Public Holidays, from 11:30 to 14:30

Sunday's the day for Town Restaurant's indulgent Champagne Brunch, with a selection of Japanese, Italian, Western, Mediterranean and local cuisines, including fresh seafood with an unlimited flow of champagne, wines and juices.
Available on Sunday from 12:00 to 15:30 (free-flow champagne until 15:00).

Town Restaurant offers an extensive seafood dinner at the Gourmet Seafood Buffet every Thursday to Saturday, and specialties spanning the globe at the International Dinner Buffet every Sunday to Wednesday.
Available from 18:30 to 22:30

Located in the sunlit atrium lobby of the hotel, The Courtyard is where guests can have a quick sandwich or a latte throughout the day. Furnished with plush sofas and surrounded by soothing bamboo, The Courtyard is perfect for informal meetings or an afternoon tête-à-tête. Completing the elegant experience are classical and jazz pieces from a trio of violinists and a cellist.

For a mid-afternoon break, visit The Courtyard and enjoy English Afternoon Tea served from a three-tier tea stand. Afternoon Tea is served from Monday to Saturday, from 14:30 to 18:00

On Sundays, The Courtyard presents Tea Rhapsody, bringing a burst of flavours from the East and West at this buffet-style Afternoon Tea served from 13:00 to 17:00

The Courtyard features a Chocolate Buffet, including an unforgettable Chocolate Fountain, from Thursday to Saturday evenings. For a blissful end to a hectic week, wind down with this array of comforting desserts and indulge the chocolate lover in you. Complement the chocolate delights with a glass of delicate dessert wine. The Chocolate Buffet is available from 20:00 to 23:00

For lunch options, The Courtyard serves an Indian Curry Buffet featuring Northern Indian curries and dosai, and a Japanese Buffet of authentic specialties including fresh sashimi. The Curry Buffet lunch is available from Monday to Friday except Public Holidays, from 11:30 to 14:30

For a quick lunch, traditional Bento boxes are available from 11:30 to 14:30, Mondays to Fridays, except Public Holidays.

The Courtyard now offers our signature Fullerton Express Tea, an elegant, specially blended premium white tea. Enjoy the subtle flavours of this fragrant tea when you visit The Courtyard. 

Post Bar at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is a trendy place popular with style setters. While it is certain to evoke comparisons with some of the world's most outstanding contemporary bars, Post Bar has a style which is distinctively its own. Jade may be booked for weddings and special occasions, with a range of set menus to choose from. Guests may book the entire restaurant or choose from two private rooms. The restaurant seats up to 12 tables (120 guests) and reservations are subject to availability.
