The Technogym Wellness Key is a user-friendly device which is used to store and transfer data or to communicate with each piece of gym equipment. Damai gym members can use the key to save training results such as distance travelled when running and also calorie consumption. This information is then stored in the central server and can be accessed at any time to monitor overall performance. The key also guides Damai gym members through each exercise by displaying the correct amount of weight to be used in strength training exercises and the number of repetitions required for each exercise.
