Oriental Ballroom

As grand in size as it is in style, the Oriental Ballroom has a graceful fan-shaped design that echoes the architecture of the hotel. Up to 600 guests can enjoy an uninterrupted view of the proceedings – amazingly there are no pillars. Two pre-function rooms are also available for welcoming guests or holding pre-dinner drinks. With direct access from our loading bay, our Ballroom is highly convenient for large productions and ideal for car launches. 

Atrium and Boardroom

These are ideally flexible meeting spaces, both Atrium Suites and our Boardrooms can be used individually or combined.

Atrium suites are on the 1st floor and can make excellent break out rooms for your main event in the Oriental Ballroom. Technology includes drop down screens.

Boardrooms on our 4th floor near our bar/restaurants are smart executive spaces, furnished in calming natural colours. Each has a built-in LCD projector with 7ft x 6ft size screen. 

Harbour

The Harbour View Suites have breathtaking views over Marina Bay, Singapore Harbour and the city skyline. Natural light floods through the large windows. They are sharp and modern in design and offer the latest technology, with high speed wireless internet. Layouts are entirely flexible; we can completely transform furnishings according to your needs from a formal dining room, executive boardroom or to complete informality with soft sofas and planters. 

Terrace & Garden

The Harbour Terrace is a tropical oasis by the swimming pool on level 5. It has fabulous views over Singapore Harbour and the city skyline. This landscaped terrace provides a fabulous setting for an al fresco reception. The swimming pool can be integrated into the event to stunning effect; for a fashion show we can lay a plexi-glass cover and models appear to walk on water.

Our Garden Suite is a room with plenty of character, colonial arches top the French doors leading out to the tropical gardens. A private foyer is a light airy room for pre-function drinks or breaks. This space offers a natural, relaxed atmosphere.

Our professional conference planners are there to add imagination and also to take the worry out of your event. Anyone can have an idea, making it happen is the challenge. A mini massage for every delegate? Not a problem. Premier seats for the Formula One? Our pleasure.

We have the technology to make your plans a reality. And to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have Techno Butlers on hand to solve all last minute glitches. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout whole hotel.

We create imaginative breaks such as shoe shines for everyone to usefully use those few minutes between meetings or a mini massage to treat busy delegates.

Formula One Prime View
Our Premier Harbour View rooms overlook the Formula One course at an exciting junction. Your delegates and guests can enjoy the event from the private luxury of our rooms.

One-to-One Meeting rooms
We are delighted to provide ultimate flexibility in our meeting room arrangements, converting guestrooms for a series of multiple one-to-one meetings.

Green Room
We can offer an operation ‘green room’ for group organisers, stocked with everything you need to ease the pressures of your day.

Loading Bay
We have a large and extremely convenient loading bay so event planners can be sure all production equipment is easily transferred to the Ballroom. Cars can drive straight in for product launches.

Conference amenities
Our conference set up is beyond the standard. We delight each delegate with bottled water, mints, coffee/tea as well as biscotti/cookies.

Spa
